Where can I find my downloads?

Upon order confirmation, we will send you a link to download a .zip file containing embroidery files. This link will expire 24 hours after the purchase. If you click an expired link, we'll send a new link to the email address used for the initial purchase.

Please advise what thread type you use?

There is a PDF with an RGB color chart. RGB (red, green and blue) refers to a system representing the colors used on a digital display screen. Please select thread colors manually based on your taste and what you see on the screen.

If I buy your designs, would I be able to use them on clothes that I sell?

You can sell physical products with the embroidery. Digital files are copywrited. Please read Licensing for more details.

I just purchased this file to use. I'm not seeing the PES file options. Where are they?

PES files are in every folder.
Please see in the "type" column, because your computer is probably assigning another icon (for example Adobe Acrobat) for PES. That happens often.

I can't open my embroidery file?

What error message does the embroidery machine show?

When I try to open one of the files it says "Can't read this file version" I'm attempting to use the pes files. I have a Brother Dream Creator.

It appears that people consistently report a problem opening PES files ( created on the latest version) on PE Design or other Brother co. software.

REASON FOR THE PROBLEM: The PES format has many versions (over 11). Older PE design not understand new. It is best to export to DST format.
SOLUTION is described on Brother Troubleshooting site.

Also, please place PES on a USB and plug directly into the embroidery machine.

Also, "Export" PES or DST instead of "open".

Can I get a refund?

Refunds or exchanges are not possible at our shop.

Are designs suitable for hand-embroidery?

Yes, there is a PDF with an outline and a color chart for every size.
